Membership
Companies sign up at one of three different levels, individual, group or enterprise depending on the level of support they need.
Members appoint an internal champion and a connector; champions are the internal sponsors; connectors coordinate who attends what.
We engage champions twice a year to align and ensure we’re adding value; and connectors once a quarter to review engagement and impact.
As little or as much as you need. Realistically though, in order to get value from being a member, you should be committing at least a couple of hours per month across the course of a year.
Membership is open to life sciences companies of all sizes, but the ideal member is one which is forward-looking and is prepared to both invest in its people and to challenge traditional thinking.
Meetings
Each month, we deliver value through between three and four 60-90 minute online meetings focused on key challenges faced by different HR functions.
Members at individual level and above are invited to all meetings; Those at group and enterprise level benefit from multiple seats.
In between meetings, members engage with each other on the community hub where they ask questions of each other, access value-adding resources and make valuable new connections.
With 35+ meetings throughout the year for you to choose from, if you miss a meeting, there’ll be plenty of others to choose from, highlights are also shared in the community hub.
Value
Memberships last for 12 months at a time, and we keep in touch with member companies throughout the year to, we only renew memberships with express written permission.
We keep a scorecard for each member company which measures engagement, impact and value, and share that scorecard throughout the year to ensure a measurable return on investment.
Memberships at Individual level and above include an invitation to speak or contribute to a LEAP HR event, which – assuming the proposed contribution is approved - includes a complementary pass.
We’ve created different membership levels to allow teams to benefit, so if you’re looking to get your team access to the network, consider the Group or Enterprise membership level.
The membership belongs to the company, so if you leave, it reverts to your successor. You are welcome to remain involved until you find a new role, when you’d be asked to sign up again.

Yes, we accept new members throughout the year, however prices are constantly under review, so in order to claim the best rate, you should aim to sign up as soon as possible.
