Virtual Meetings - Facilitated Dialogue Around Mission-Critical Issues
Each month, between three and four 60-minute Cornerstone Meetings take place with a goal of connecting, inspiring, and energizing different content cohorts within the Searchlight community, covering your strategic HR, TA, BP, and TR team members.
Cornerstone meetings take an array of formats including; real-world case-studies platforming innovative 'leaps' made by leading biopharma organisations, group focus huddles to tackle specific shared challenges and develop member's ideas whilst coaching each other to think differently, to case study-led workshops allowing participants to collaborativley work through examples and enable future readiness.
Meeting subjects are influenced by the member requests and designed and facilitated by the advisors and guest mentors, with summaries, recordings, and slides being shared on the community hub afterwards.
