Tools for Tracking

“We primarily use Greenhouse for data tracking, but it lacks robust capabilities for metrics such as time and status. We also use an add-on called Prelude, which handles scheduling and provides tracking and reporting features. In addition, we use Talent Wall, a standalone tool integrated with Greenhouse, for the effortless generation of metrics and dashboards."

Using Data to Streamline

 “We observed significant delays in the past year at the beginning and end of the recruitment process. Posting job requisitions took up to eight days instead of the desired 48 hours, and the time between selection and verbal job offer averaged six days. This allowed us to identify challenges such as ATS entry, lack of information, and unpreparedness of hiring managers for unexpected questions.”​

Internal Reporting

“We tailor our reporting to the audience, providing quarterly updates. Department-level audiences receive detailed and annual data, while executives receive a high-level executive summary with a focus on diversity metrics. The reports evaluate our performance against established timelines and metrics to ensure goal achievement.”
