Topic: What low-cost, high impact approaches are working to move the needle on total rewards effectiveness inside our businesses?
As total rewards leaders, we are constantly asked to do more with less, and we know that we need to continually adapt our approach and challenge our thinking to allow us to keep up with an ever-changing workforce (and their ever-evolving expectations).
As we continue to strive for excellence in what’s been a bumpy life sciences marketplace, it’s important that we regularly step back to explore, examine and think about how we can apply creative new ideas that make a difference without breaking the bank.
This meeting was designed to provide that chance, and to enable peer to peer learning uncovering what low-cost, high impact approaches members are applying to allow them to move the needle on total rewards effectiveness inside their businesses.
Agenda:
- What creative approaches are others taking to get the biggest bang for their buck in engaging, incentivizing and rewarding our talent?
- How are we controlling rising costs while at the same time maintaining a level service even in the face of growth?
- If options are underwater, stock prices are volatile and equity grants are low, what creative options do we have to keep our most important talent engaged and incentivised?
